I had a very good discussion with Mr. Angel Tîlvăr, Minister of National Defence, on issues of common interest, including the European Commission’s new defence funding strategies.
We also discussed the upcoming White Paper on European Defence, which is going to be presented very soon. The White Paper is going to launch a broad consultation on establishing a Union framework for defence investment needs and critical defence capabilities.
