What if leadership should be understood not as a person, but as a process?
Thus, less about a hero that would save the rest of us, and more about a collective process of relationships and interactions.
And, in that process, we must, as leaders, know both how to lead and how to follow, how to bring up the humanity and the talent in our teams and thus achieve our goals through shared purpose and ownership.
Less about power, more about agency and humanity; less about competition and more about cooperation; less about being in command and more about being a co-creator, together with our organization?
