“In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer.
And that makes me happy.”
— Albert Camus

As the year closes, leadership can feel like a Camusian winter: accumulated pressure, unanswered questions, moments of doubt.

What I’ve learned this year is that leadership is less about acceleration and more about fidelity — to judgment, to measure, and to our shared humanity — especially when certainty is in short supply.

Winter has its place.
(So does closing the laptop.)

Wishing you a season with enough winter to slow down —
and enough inner summer to move forward.
