Spring tipps for tending to your “conversation garden”🌸 from Judith E. Glaser!
Conversations are gardens. Every word, a seed. Every pause, a breath of air. Every gesture, a drop of water—or a gust of wind.
Trust doesn’t bloom overnight.
It roots in the soil we create: one moment of honesty, one act of listening, one promise kept at a time.
But just like a garden, neglect has consequences.
Withholding, dismissing, or breaking your word? That’s like planting in dry soil, under a sunless sky.
Slowly, what could have grown begins to wither.
So ask yourself:
Are your daily interactions nourishing the roots of connection?
Or are they slowly draining the life from the soil beneath your relationships?
Tend to your conversation garden with care (read: respect). Be generous with light (read: transparency). Consistent with water (read: follow-through). Thoughtful with what you plant (read: empowerment).
Because trust, like any living thing, grows only where it’s truly nurtured.
So… what are you planting today?
